How to use Coconut flour for weight loss

 To help you lose weight, coconut flour can be used together with fruits, juices, vitamins and yogurts, as well as being added to cake and cookie recipes, replacing part or all of conventional wheat flour.

 Coconut flour helps to lose weight mainly because it is rich in fiber, which increases the feeling of satiety and reduces the effect of carbohydrates and fats in meals.

 In addition, it also has other health benefits, such as:

 Help control blood glucose, as it is rich in fiber and has a low glycemic index, and can be used by diabetics;

 Does not contain gluten, and can be consumed by patients with celiac disease;

 Combat constipation, as it is rich in fibers that accelerate intestinal transit;

 Help lower bad cholesterol and triglycerides.

 To get these benefits, one should consume about 2 tablespoons of coconut flour a day.
